Bank owned vessels are marketed the same as brokerage vessels. There are not auctions, but these vessels may still represent an excellent value since the final sales price can often be negotiated. The bank makes the decision on what offer to accept and all offers must be presented in writing and accompanied by a ten percent deposit.

All purchase agreements we use give the purchaser the right to survey the vessel so you will know exactly what you are buying.
